Key duties include following up with leads, conducting tours, coordinating move-ins/outs, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ experience in property management, sales, or customer service.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• A sharp, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Complete outbound follow-up with new leads via text, email, and phone.
• Be the on-site Tour Guide for prospective residents.
• Ensure safety in apartments, tour paths, and common areas.
• Build relationships to improve resident experience and retention.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with onsite staff and residents.
• Provide ongoing customer service to residents post-move-in.
• Maintain waiting lists and reports per policy and HUD/Agency regulations.
• Inspect and report property issues; keep areas clean and report needs.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports as needed.
• Develop market knowledge and competitive set awareness.
• Process work orders and assist with day-to-day operations.
