Job summary

South Oxford Management is seeking a proactive Resident Services Coordinator to assist leasing and management teams through lease-up, move-in coordination, and reporting. The role focuses on providing excellent resident experience and smooth transitions from prospect to resident.

As community occupancy grows, responsibilities will shift toward resident services, engagement, renewals, and event support, coordinating communications and addressing resident needs with onsite teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the leasing team with daily administrative needs of a high-volume lease-up.
• Assist with application processing, screening, approvals, lease prep, and document mgmt.
• Review leasing files for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate prospect, applicant, and resident information in PM and CRM systems.
• Assist with prospect follow-up, appointment scheduling, and communications.
• Help prepare move-in documentation and coordinate upcoming move-ins with residents and onsite teams.
• Track deposits/ePremium setup, required documentation, insurance, utilities and other move-in items.
• Assist with preparing leasing reports, traffic reports, move-in schedules, and availability reports.
• Support the leasing team during high-volume traffic periods, including tours.
• Maintain an organized and professional leasing office and ensure materials are available.
