South Oxford Management is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our on-site team. You will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals, while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

You will conduct tours, engage prospects, and coordinate with maintenance and staff to provide a seamless leasing experience. A customer-service mindset and on-site presence are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of Yardi or other industry software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Complete outbound follow-up with new leads for prospective renters via text, email, and phone.
• Be the on-site Tour Guide and showcase amenities to prospective residents.
• Ensure safety by addressing unsafe conditions in apartments and common areas.
• Build relationships to help residents experience better living.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs with onsite staff and maintenance.
