Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive leasing activity, greet prospective residents, and manage tour flow at our Seattle communities. The role emphasizes strong customer service, sales ability, and accurate lease administration in a fast-paced, in-person setting.

You will collaborate with maintenance and management to ensure resident satisfaction, maintain property appearance, and support marketing and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ year working in customer service
• Experience in sales or leasing is preferred
• Basic computer skills and ability to use software systems
• Prior property management experience is a plus
• NALP Certification or credential is a plus
• Yardi/CRM and OnSite experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Leasing and generating lease paperwork in compliance with laws
• Sales focus to meet leasing goals and close deals
• Train and mentor leasing team in lease generation and etiquette
• Greet prospective residents and show communities
• Maintain tour path, vacant units, and model units with maintenance
• Foster positive resident relations and community feel
• Handle move-ins/move-outs, notices, and required reports
• Coordinate marketing efforts and advertising on listing services
• Process service requests and communicate with residents and maintenance
