Trinity Property Consultants in Seattle is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing goals and deliver exceptional resident experiences. You will show and lease units, process applications, and guide residents from move-in to turnover while maintaining strong occupancy and a welcoming community.

The role requires high energy, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision. Evening and weekend hours are required to support property operations.

Competenze

• Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations a plus.
• Tech Proficiency: Intermediate MS Office; experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus.

Mansioni

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in market surveys and marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in for a smooth onboarding.
• Provide superior customer service and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Process maintenance requests and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Maintain resident files accurately and completely.
• Manage unit availability and community calendars.
