Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a Leasing Professional to join our team in Olympia, WA. This 100% in-person role focuses on leasing apartments, driving sales, and delivering exceptional resident service across marketing, administrative tasks, and daily operations.

The position requires 1+ year in customer service and leasing, with basic computer skills and familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, CRM, and OnSite.

Qualifications

• 1+ year working in customer service.
• 1+ year prior sales or leasing experience.
• Basic computer skills with ability to learn software systems.
• Prior experience in property management or similar industry is a plus.
• NALP Certification or other NAAEI credential is a plus.
• Yardi/CRM and OnSite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leasing: generate lease paperwork and related documents; drive sales and closing performance; train leasing team on processes; greet prospects and show units; maintain tour-path cleanliness and readiness.
• Resident relations: foster community, maintain positive relations, inspect property, assist with move-outs and retention.
• Marketing: manage ads on listings and monitor local market trends; support marketing the community and resident satisfaction.
• Administrative: answer calls and emails promptly; update move-out notices and activity reports daily; organize and file documents; proofread leases and process moves.
• General: perform any duties assigned by Leasing Manager or Regional Manager.
