Zusammenfassung

Thrive Communities is seeking a Leasing Associate in Sammamish, WA to drive leasing activity and resident satisfaction at a busy community.

You will generate leases, greet prospective residents, and maintain showroom standards while coordinating with maintenance and property teams to ensure a positive resident experience. This is an in-person, full-time role with a strong focus on sales, service, and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year working in customer service
• 1+ year prior sales or leasing experience
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn/navigate software systems
• Prior experience in property management or similar industry is a plus
• NALP Certification, or other NAAEI credential, is a plus
• Yardi/CRM and OnSite experience is a plus

Aufgaben

• Leasing: Generates lease paperwork and other documents in line with laws and regulations.
• Resident Relations: Maintains positive customer relations and inspects the property as needed.
• Marketing: Manages ads on Craigslist, Weblisters, and other listing services; tracks market trends.
• Administrative: Answers calls and emails; maintains required reports and organizes paperwork.
• General: Performs any additional duties as assigned by management.
