Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a Leasing Associate to play a key role in leasing, resident relations, and marketing for their community in Tacoma, WA. You will handle lease generation, showings, and ensure high occupancy while maintaining strong customer relations and adherence to policies.

The role emphasizes sales-driven leasing, detailed administrative work, and cross-team collaboration, with in-person, 100% onsite duties and opportunities for growth within Thrive’s property portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service or sales
• 1+ year of leasing experience preferred
• Experience in property management or similar industry is a plus
• NALP Certification or other credential is a plus
• Yardi/CRM and OnSite experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Leasing duties including generating lease paperwork and ensuring compliance with laws
• Maintain positive resident relations and community sense of belonging
• Marketing responsibilities including ads on Craigslist and others
• Administrative tasks including reports, move-in/out processing, and communication
• General duties assigned by Leasing/Community/Regional Managers
