Job summary

Thrive Communities in Seattle is seeking a Leasing Associate to generate lease paperwork, greet prospective residents, show the community, and manage move-ins and move-outs. You will maintain a positive resident experience and support leasing goals.

The role requires 1+ year in customer service or leasing, basic computer skills, and experience with Yardi/CRM. This is a 100% in-person, part-time weekend position with benefits including PTO and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service or leasing preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn software systems.
• Prior property management or similar industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leasing: generate lease paperwork, train team, greet residents, show community.
• Resident relations: foster community and maintain positive relations.
• Marketing: manage ads on Craigslist, Weblisters, and other services.
• Administrative: respond to calls/emails, update reports, file paperwork.
• General: perform duties as assigned by management.
