Job summary
Thrive Communities is seeking a leasing professional to drive leasing activity and tenant relationships across our Ballard property portfolio. The role emphasizes sales, prospective resident interactions, and ensuring accurate lease paperwork in alignment with local and federal laws.
You will train and mentor the leasing team, conduct tours, and support resident retention while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- .1+ year customer service experience.
- .1+ year sales or leasing experience.
- .Basic computer literacy and ability to learn software systems.
- Parlayed experience in property management is a plus.
- NALP or NAAEI credential is a plus.
- Yardi/CRM and OnSite experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Leasing activities including generating lease paperwork in line with laws.
- Focus on sales, closing ratios, and guiding leasing team.
- Mentor leasing team on lease generation and etiquette.
- Greet prospective residents, show community, and perform leasing duties.
- Maintain lease closing ratio appropriate for property/submarket.
- Ensure cleanliness of tour path and model units with maintenance.
