Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a Leasing Specialist for a full-time, in-person role in Seattle. You will generate lease paperwork, greet prospective residents, show the property, and manage leasing activities in alignment with fair housing laws.

Responsibilities include maintaining leasing standards, coordinating with maintenance, and ensuring resident satisfaction through active outreach and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service.
• 1+ year sales or leasing experience.
• Basic computer skills with ability to navigate software.
• Familiarity with LIHTC, MFTE, Section 8 preferred.
• Prior experience in property management or similar industry is a plus.
• NALP Certification or other NAAEI credential is a plus.
• Yardi/CRM and OnSite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leasing: Generates lease paperwork and other documents; focus on sales and closing leases; trains leasing team on processes.
• Resident relations: maintain positive customer relations and community sense; inspect property and coordinate with maintenance.
• Marketing: manage ads on listing services and monitor local market conditions; contribute ideas for resident satisfaction.
• Administrative: respond to phone and email inquiries; maintain reports and organize leases and paperwork; process deposits and move-ins/outs.
