AIR Communities is seeking a Leasing Consultant to work onsite at Stone Creek Apartments in Port Arthur, TX. You will conduct tours, guide prospects through the leasing process, and deliver exceptional service to residents and applicants.

The role offers base pay $18–$20 per hour with commissions, growth opportunities, and a 25% rent discount across AIR communities. This is a full-time, on-site position in Port Arthur, TX.

• 1+ year of sales and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Build relationships with prospective residents and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Consistently meet or exceed leasing goals.
• Support marketing and resident retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
