This role drives leasing through strong sales skills, tours, and exceptional resident service at an on-site community in Arlington, TX. You will promote AIR’s value, manage tours, and help residents find their future home.

The position offers a base pay of $18.00–$19.00 per hour plus commissions, with potential extended benefits and a path to career growth within AIR’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated success in goal setting and achieving targets.
• Excellent customer service skills addressing current and future resident needs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and varying hours.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process including prompt follow-up with active prospects, scheduling and conducting tours to sell the value of your unique community and to help prospects find their new home at AIR.
• Maintain a track record of consistently meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our residents, creating moments that matter at every opportunity.
• Provide leasing support to all communities within the AIR portfolio as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations
