AIR Communities is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Grapevine, TX. You will act as a top sales performer, guiding prospective residents through tours, showcasing the value of AIR communities, and delivering exceptional service to retain and lease units.

You will follow AIR's sales process, work toward monthly leasing goals, and support multiple communities as needed while complying with Fair Housing laws and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals.
• Excellent customer service skills to address resident needs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and varying hours.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process, prompt follow-up with prospects, schedule and conduct tours to showcase communities.
• Maintain a track record of meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, creating moments that matter.
• Provide leasing support to all AIR communities as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.
