The role offers base pay $18–$20 per hour with commissions, growth opportunities, and a 25% rent discount across AIR communities. This is a full-time, on-site position in Port Arthur, TX.

We are hiring aLeasing Consultantto work onsite at our apartment community Stone Creek Apartments in Port Arthur, TX.

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional resident experiences while helping prospective residents find a place they're proud to call home. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys building relationships, achieving goals, and making an impact every day.

AIR offers a competitive total rewards package designed to reward performance and support your success, including:

• Base Pay of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour + Competitive Commissions. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
  • Multiple opportunities to increase commission per lease including:
    • Higher rent rate unit:Updated finishes, larger floorplan, better view, etc.
    • Exceeding monthly goal:Several tiers to increase percentage of total lease value earned per lease
    • Longer lease term:18-month or longer vs. the standard 12-month length
• 25% Rent Discountat any AIR community.
  • Option to live onsite with zero commute or at a nearby AIR community.
• Possible Extended Time Off (dependingon business need)to enjoy aWinter Break after peak season has ended.
