The role supports multiple communities and includes marketing tasks, with compliance to housing laws. The package features base pay of $18-$21 per hour plus commissions, a 25% rent discount, and benefits like PTO, health options, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).
• Proven track record of reaching sales goals and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills for current and future resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process with prompt follow-up and tours to sell the value of the community.
• Meet or exceed monthly leasing goals consistently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and create moments that matter.
• Provide leasing support to AIR communities as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
