Job summary

ARTISAN is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the site team with leasing activity, occupancy, maintenance, rent collections, and financial performance. You will coordinate the on-site team to achieve community objectives set forth by the Community Manager.

Responsibilities include showing apartments, screening applications, ensuring timely rent collection and deposits, and maintaining excellent resident relations while adhering to policies and laws.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of on-site Leasing, Assistant Manager, or Property Manager roles.
• Strong computer proficiency including CRM, Microsoft Office suite, and property management software (AppFolio preferred).
• Industry designations preferred, or willingness to maintain (CAM, CAPS, CPM, Real Estate License).

Responsibilities

• Support the site team with leasing activity, occupancy, and maintenance performance.
• Assist with rent collections and financial reporting per leadership direction.
• Coordinate on-site activities and resources to achieve community objectives.
• Show apartments to prospective residents and screen rental applications.
• Monitor CRM and lead generation to ensure timely follow-up with leads.
