Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a housing community under the Community Manager. You’ll contribute to rent collection, delinquency management, and cash flow optimization while supervising onsite staff and ensuring compliance with policies.

Responsibilities include posting payments, reconciling receivables, maintaining accurate records, and executing lease processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in property management or housing operations is desirable.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income from residents accurately and timely.
• Process and reconcile daily accounts receivable and monitor delinquencies.
• Maintain records, walk units, and process move-in/out charges and deposits.
• Supervise onsite staff and ensure lease administration and risk management.
