Job summary

Asset Living is hiring an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily housing operations under the Community Manager. You will handle rent collections, accounts receivable, and budget adherence while guiding onsite staff in leasing and resident services.

You will supervise leasing processes, ensure compliance with policies and safety standards, and drive resident satisfaction through effective communication and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience leading onsite housing staff and leasing teams.
• Knowledge of budgeting, revenues, and NOI impact.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and reconcile accounts receivable for residents and applicants.
• Monitor delinquency, issue late notices, and assist with evictions as needed.
• Support budgeted revenue and expense goals and NOI targets.
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents; maintain leasing records.
• Supervise onsite staff, coach and develop team, ensure policy compliance.
