Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the full operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks to ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role emphasizes financial stewardship, including budgeting and revenue optimization, while maintaining outstanding customer service and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of on-site software functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community.
• Supervise staff and manage leasing, maintenance, and administration.
• Develop annual operating budgets and monitor financial reports.
