Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community under Regional Manager supervision. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, admin, and risk management, ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires regular on-site presence, staff development, budgeting, and strategic leasing management to optimize net operating income.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Supervise all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with Asset’s policies and procedures, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and marketing plans to optimize NOI.
• Ensure staffing, leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks are performed efficiently and on schedule.
