Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and administration while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role involves financial oversight, budgeting, and coordinating risk management. You will lead resident relations, retention programs, and emergency response, ensuring exceptional service and property performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or four years’ experience in housing industry.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the housing community and supervise staff.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, and administrative functions.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
