Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You’ll supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management to ensure compliance and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include budgeting, leasing optimization, and leading an on-site team with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with on-site software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and supervise on-site staff ensuring policy compliance.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and monitor rent collections, leasing, and financial reports.
• Maintain resident satisfaction, handle escalations and ensure fair housing adherence.
• Head emergency response for the property and coordinate maintenance and safety measures.
