Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a on-site Community Manager to oversee all aspects of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk management.

As the on-site leader, you will coach staff, develop budgets, execute marketing plans, and ensure leasing targets while maintaining compliance with fair housing laws and safety guidelines. Regular attendance and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire operations of a housing community on-site.
• Supervise staff across leasing, maintenance, finance, administration and risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and marketing plans.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Promote resident satisfaction through programs and effective leasing strategies.
• Address resident complaints and maintain high-quality service turnaround.
