Job summary

South Oxford Management is seeking a Community Manager in Orlando to lead everyday operations of our residential community. You will supervise staff, drive leasing, and ensure resident satisfaction while controlling budgets.

On-site role five days a week with strong emphasis on leadership, budgeting, and compliance with Fair Housing laws. You will partner with maintenance teams and vendors to maintain property standards and occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience overseeing a residential community or property management role is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and affordable housing programs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise team members with a mentoring approach.
• Oversee leasing processes and ensure office/model openings are on schedule.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospective residents.
• Manage daily community operations, budgets, and reporting.
• Monitor occupancy and expenses to meet financial targets while ensuring compliance.
