Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to handle leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at a property. Regular on-site attendance is required to greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases, while completing all necessary paperwork and following up on leads.

The role involves assisting with lease audits, turnover, and maintaining leasing data, with a focus on meeting leasing goals and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to understand and perform on-site software functions are required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Attend onsite daily and greet, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.
• Complete leasing paperwork and follow up to close sales.
• Assist with lease audits, walk units, and turnover processes.
• Maintain prospect traffic and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support in implementing annual marketing plans and resident retention programs.
• Manage customer service and ensure timely response to service requests.
