Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. You will greet prospective residents, show units, sign leases, and handle daily on-site duties to maintain a welcoming community.

Responsibilities include completing paperwork, processing applications, maintaining prospect data, assisting with market surveys, and supporting retention efforts. This is a full-time on-site role with compensation discussed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease
• Completes all leasing paperwork needed prior to move-in
• Assisting with lease audits, walking units, and turn process
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to prospect leads within 24 hours
• Contribute to marketing outreach and resident retention initiatives
