Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations at a property. Regular on-site attendance is required, and you will greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases with prospective residents.

You will handle leasing paperwork, assist with audits and turnover, and keep prospect data up to date. Strong customer service and knowledge of housing laws are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle leasing, marketing, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale with appointments, tours, and follow-up as needed.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and assist with audits, walks, and turnover.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Maintain knowledge of property, market conditions, and competition to support leasing goals.
