Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and maintain positive resident relations for a property. Regular onsite attendance, greeting and qualifying prospects, and completing tours and leases are essential responsibilities.

Responsibilities include handling leasing paperwork, conducting market surveys, and assisting in resident retention initiatives. Requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA; compensation

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
• Basic computer skills are required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct all leasing activities: appointments, generate leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and assist with lease audits and unit turns.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Utilize sales/marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals.
