Asset Living is hiring a Community Assistant to handle leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations at an on-site property. The role requires welcoming prospective residents, tours, and completing lease paperwork while maintaining strong resident communication.

Responsibilities include lead generation, market analysis, and upholding property standards, with a focus on timely responses and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and tour community.
• Process leasing paperwork and follow up with leads.
• Assist in lease audits, unit walks, and turnover processes.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans and property traffic to meet leasing goals.
• Handle resident requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Support in developing resident retention programs.
