Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. The role involves showing units, signing leases, and maintaining model units while keeping leasing data current and responding to inquiries promptly.

You will work on-site, deliver strong customer service, and help implement retention programs while upholding Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease and market the property; show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs and events.
• Maintain upkeep of office, common areas, and model units.
