Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a California property. You will greet prospects, tour units, qualify renters, and sign leases, while maintaining accurate records and supporting turnover activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• basic computer skills required; familiarity with onsite software preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations at the property.
• Show, lease, tour community, and execute lease agreements with prospective residents.
• Process leasing paperwork and assist with audits, walking units, and turnover.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support resident retention programs and handle day-to-day office tasks.
• Uphold property policies and deliver strong customer service.
