Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant at one of its properties in the United States. You will oversee leasing, marketing, and daily resident relations while ensuring a welcoming and efficient on-site experience for prospective and current residents.

The role requires showing units, processing applications, and maintaining leasing data. You will support resident retention programs and help uphold fair housing standards and safety policies on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at the property.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Close sales by making appointments, generating leads, tours, and follow-up on leads.
• Maintain leasing paperwork and assist in audits and data entry.
• Respond to resident concerns to ensure satisfaction and support retention.
