Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. The role requires daily on-site presence, greeting and qualifying prospects, tours, and signing leases.

You will handle leasing paperwork, assist with audits, and maintain accurate lead and leasing data while supporting marketing outreach and daily operations. The position emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, addressing resident needs, and contributing to retention

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations at a property.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, tour, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour; sign leases.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and assist with lease audits and turn processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support in implementing marketing plans and daily property operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and address resident concerns to maintain satisfaction.
