Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property. The role requires regular on-site work, tours, lead generation, and lease administration to achieve occupancy goals.

You will support annual marketing plans, review market data, and ensure excellent customer service, while enforcing community policies and contributing to retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration; Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct all leasing paperwork needed before move-in; respond to prospect leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in marketing and outreach; maintain market surveys and leasing data.
• Deal with resident complaints and requests to ensure resident satisfaction.
