Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of troubleshooting experience.
• Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Workplace Engineer IT support for end users and workplace technologies.
• Support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and workplace equipment.
• Assist with video conferencing systems, monitors, printers, phones, and projectors.
• Install, set up, and maintain devices and standard software (Windows, Microsoft 365, iOS).
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Share feedback to improve processes and collaborate with teams and vendors.
