Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of IT support experience.
• Minimum 6 months of technical troubleshooting experience.
• Driver’s License required.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite end-user support for workplace technologies.
• Install, set up, and maintain devices and standard software (Windows, Microsoft 365, iOS).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with datacenter tasks and smart hands activities.
• Update asset and CMDB records and handle ITSM tickets.
