Accenture Flex seeks a Workplace Engineer to provide onsite IT support for end users and workplace technologies in Bartlesville, OK. The role operates on a hub-and-spoke model with 5 days on-site per week.

You will troubleshoot devices, install software, support video conferencing, and assist with data center tasks, following established processes. Ideal candidates have 6+ months in IT support, a HS diploma or GED, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite workplace and end-user support.
• Assist with PCs, laptops, mobiles, peripherals, and devices.
