Job summary

Accenture Flex is seeking an on-site IT Support Engineer to deliver workplace and end-user support for PCs, laptops, and devices at Bartlesville, OK. The role emphasizes customer-focused service, basic hardware/software troubleshooting, and collaboration with other teams within Accenture’s global network.

The successful candidate will work five days a week on-site, support conferencing systems, and assist with datacenter tasks as needed, aligned to Accenture's standards and processes.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with technical troubleshooting.
• Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s or Technical Degree preferred.
• CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide workplace and end-user support for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and equipment.
• Assist with video conferencing systems, monitors, printers, phones, and projectors.
• Install, set up, and maintain devices and standard software (Windows, Microsoft 365, iOS).
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Offer friendly, customer-focused support to end users.
• Support walkup IT desks or kiosks when required.
• Provide smart hands and infrastructure support for servers and network devices.
• Assist with cabling, patching, and basic rack activities.
