Job summary

Accenture Flex is seeking a Workplace Engineer to provide onsite IT support for end users and workplace technologies in Bartlesville, OK. The role involves supporting PCs, laptops, mobile devices, video conferencing systems, printers, and projectors, along with basic hardware and software troubleshooting in an enterprise environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in IT support, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 6 months of IT support or similar role.
• 6 months of experience with technical troubleshooting.
• Driver’s License and a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for end users and workplace technologies.
• Support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and workplace equipment.
• Assist with video conferencing systems, monitors, printers, phones, and projectors.
• Install, set up, and maintain devices and standard software (Windows, Microsoft 365, iOS).
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Share feedback to help improve processes and work with other teams and vendors.
