Job summary

Accenture Flex is seeking a Workplace Engineer to provide onsite IT support for end users and workplace technologies in a hub and spoke model. This role requires five days a week on-site in Houston, TX, with exposure to servers, network devices, and datacenter tasks under remote guidance.

You will install and maintain devices, support video conferencing, peripherals, and standard software, and manage tickets in ITSM systems while updating CMDB records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months IT support experience.
• Minimum 6 months troubleshooting experience.
• Driver’s license and high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for end users and workplace technologies.
• Support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and workplace equipment.
• Assist with video conferencing systems, monitors, printers, phones, and projectors.
• Install, set up, and maintain devices and standard software (Windows, Microsoft 365, iOS).
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Update asset and CMDB records and handle ITSM tickets.
