Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 Windows 11 support, troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Deploy desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices; install and support applications.
• Onboard and set up workstation for new hires.
• Support new technologies and pilot deployments.
• Assist with basic network setup and VPN access.
• Research and recommend IT hardware, software, and services.
• Deliver end-user training and guidance.
