Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with technical training or experience.
• 3+ years in IT support in a Windows environment, incl. remote support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows OS; good documentation in ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 Windows 11 support and troubleshooting.
• Deploy desktops, laptops, and peripherals; install and support business apps.
• Set up workstations for new hires; account setup and readiness.
• Support adoption of new technologies and pilot deployments.
• Assist with basic network setup, VPN access, and network configs.
• Research hardware/software improvements and IT services for efficiency.
• Deliver end-user training and guidance to boost productivity.
