Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus technical training or experience.
• 3+ years IT support experience in a Windows environment (phone/remote).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows OS; strong documentation in ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 Windows 11 support and troubleshooting.
• Stage, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Prepare and provision workstations for new hires; setup accounts.
• Support adoption of new technologies and pilots.
• Assist with basic network setup, VPN access, and wireless configurations.
• Research and recommend hardware/software to improve operations and security.
• Deliver end-user training to boost productivity and reduce incidents.
