Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical training or experience.
• 3+ years of IT support experience in a Windows environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
• Experience documenting work in a ticketing system.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for Windows 11 systems and OS issues.
• Stage, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Onboard and provision user workstations for new hires.
• Support the implementation and adoption of new technologies.
• Assist with basic network setup, VPN access, and connectivity issues.
• Research and recommend hardware, software, and IT services to improve efficiency.
• Deliver end-user training and guidance on technology tools and best practices.
