Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus technical training or experience.
• 3+ years IT support experience in Windows environments via telephone/remote tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
• Experience documenting work in a ticketing system.
• Experience transferring user data to new laptops.
• Solid understanding of hardware specs and basic networking.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills quickly.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to travel out of state and stay overnight as needed.
• Willingness to train in Detroit, MI for 4-6 weeks.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 Windows 11 support and user assistance.
• Deploy desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Prepare and provision workstations for new hires.
• Support new technologies and pilot deployments.
• Assist with basic network setup and VPN access.
• Research hardware/software and IT services to improve operations.
• Deliver end-user training and guidance to reduce incidents.
