Job summary

In-Telecom is seeking a Dedicated Onsite IT Technician to serve as the primary onsite IT resource for client locations in Frisco, TX. You will deliver advanced technical support, administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, and manage networking and security platforms.

This client-facing role requires strong technical judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced MSP environment, with occasional after-hours for critical incidents.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network support.
• Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows 10/11, networking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite IT resource and point of contact for the assigned client location.
• Provide hands-on desk-side support and resolve technical issues involving Microsoft 365, Windows OS, networking, servers, identity, applications, and collaboration technologies.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, licensing, and security settings.
• Provision and decommission user accounts, devices, access, licensing, and security permissions during onboarding/offboarding.
• Troubleshoot identity and access issues involving Active Directory, Entra ID, MFA, group policies, and security groups.
• Diagnose network connectivity issues including switches, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP.
• Maintain site health, hardware inventory, infrastructure docs, and standards.
• Coordinate with vendors/ISPs and third-party partners when needed.
• Communicate findings and status to users and client leadership.
• Provide white-glove support to executives and VIP users.
