Job summary

In-Telecom is seeking a Dedicated Onsite IT Technician to provide advanced technical support, systems administration, and operational ownership for client locations in Frisco, TX. The role combines hands-on user support with Level 2 engineering duties, including Microsoft 365, AD, Windows Server, networking, and security platforms.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite IT resource for the client location.
• Provide hands-on desk-side support and resolve IT issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
• Troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network services.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage escalation.
• Maintain site health, asset inventory, and documentation.
• Communicate status to users and leadership.
• Support Windows Server, VLANs, VPNs, and security controls.
