Job summary

In-Telecom is seeking a Dedicated Onsite IT Technician for a Frisco, TX client site. You will be the primary onsite IT resource, delivering advanced technical support, systems administration, and operational ownership of the local technology environment.

This client-facing role requires strong technical judgment, clear communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced MSP setting. Regular Monday–Friday hours with occasional after-hours for incidents, deployments, or projects, coordinating

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite IT resource for the client location.
• Provide hands-on desk-side support for Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, servers, identity, and collaboration tools.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Intune) and manage licensing.
• Provision and decommission user accounts and devices during onboarding/offboarding.
• Troubleshoot AD/Entra ID, MFA, GPOs, and security groups; resolve identity issues.
