Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows/PC hardware and software issues.
• Proficient in Active Directory user management and basic security practices.
• Familiar with Office 365, Exchange, and Microsoft Entra administration.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, repair, upgrade, and troubleshoot PC workstations, printers, and network equipment.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues for all users, in person or remotely.
• Work with vendors to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Respond to and resolve tickets through a ticketing system.
• Provide recommendations on desktop, laptop, and network configurations to support business needs.
• Software deployment and endpoint management.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
• Configure and maintain domain controllers and Microsoft 365 email systems.
